Shipping policy

Shipping times will vary depending on the time of year and what items are ordered. Please note - we are closed for all Federal & State of Missouri holidays.

Some items in our shop have already been made and are Ready to Ship (RTS). These items will be notated in their description area and will ship within 1-3 days.

All other items are made on demand and will ship within 5-14 days as processing time reflects the time it takes for me to create your order. (This includes the following items: notepads, bookmarks, pens, pencils, t-shirts, journals and drinkware).

Please allow up to 8-10 days for shirts/sweatshirt items to ship as we do not keep a lot of shirt inventory in stock.

**Please note, if you purchase RTS items with made on demand or pre-order items in the same order, the RTS items will ship out with whichever item has the longer shipping time. This allows us to keep our prices low and competitive. Also, shipping times may vary during sales or around the holidays when production is at a higher volume. I strive to ship out orders ASAP.

All orders will be sent via USPS Ground or Priority Mail, Shipping costs are based on the quantity and size or your order — within the United States. Unfortunately, international orders are not accepted at this time.

**We cannot guarantee or control shipping time frames. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if the item is a gift. Once package are sent with tracking, Melted Ink Designs is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please put in a ticket with USPS.

Before placing your order, please ensure that your mailing address is correct. Contact us ASAP with any address changes. We are not responsible if the shipping address is incorrect.
