Refund policy

Since each order is handcrafted just for you - refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not excepted. Please make sure your order is correct before submitting. (This includes sizes, etc). If your item arrives damaged or has an error, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a picture of the damaged item or issue — I will make sure to address the issue right away if their is negligence on our part.
