Refund & Return Policy
Since each order is handcrafted just for you, returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds are not excepted. Please make sure your order is correct before submitting. If your item arrives damaged or has an error, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a picture of the damaged item or issue — I will make sure to address the issue right away.

Shipping Policy
Some items in our shop have already been made and are Ready to Ship (RTS). These items will be notated in their description area and will ship within 1-3 business days.
All other items are made on demand and will ship within 4-7 business days as processing time reflects the time it takes for me to create your order. (This includes the following items: notepads, bookmarks, pens, pencils, t-shirts, journals, greeting cards and drinkware).
**Please note, if you purchase RTS items and made on demand items with the same order, the RTS items will ship out with the made on demand items. This allows us to keep our prices low and competitive. Also, shipping times may vary during sales or around the holidays when production is at a higher volume. I strive to ship out orders ASAP.
All orders will be sent via USPS Ground or Priority Mail — and shipping costs will be based on the quantity and size or your order — within the United States. Unfortunately, international orders are not accepted at this time.
**We cannot guarantee or control shipping time frames. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if the item is a gift. Before placing your order, please ensure that your mailing address is correct. Contact us ASAP with any address changes. We are not responsible if the shipping address is incorrect.
